We would like to express our appreciation and congratulation for the distinguished works you had contributed to IEA/AIE 2026.
Please follow the following instructions to accomplish the required procedures for conference registration.
All attendees for IEA/AIE 2026 are kindly requested to register.
Related forms and supporting documents must be received with payment in US$ no later than April 15th, 2026.
Please note that at least one author per paper must register before April 15th,2026. Otherwise the paper will not be included in the IEA/AIE 2026 technical program and proceedings.
Please also note that the page length limit for Camera-Ready Copy (CRC) is 12 pages (regular paper) and 6 pages (short paper) , Please follow the the Springer LNCS/LNAI style

Please follow the instructions mentioned at the above link, make sure that figures are with good quality. If you paper require extra pages, extra pages up to maximum 6 pages for a Regular or short Accepted papers will incur extra page charges.
The registration fee includes conference proceedings on-line book, technical sessions, coffee breaks, and three Lunch Buffet at the avenue, Millenium Grand Hotel, Bukit Bintang, Kuala Lumpur Malaysia.
An official receipt for the payment of registration fee will be offered upon request.

Conference Registration Fees

All below is in US$ Speakers’ authors−co-authors all category for both Regular and Short paper’s registration. Registration and Payment by April 15, 2026

Registration Fee
Each paper (short o regular) should be registered with one registration.	508 US$ (until April 15, 2026 by credit card) 515 US$ (until April 15, 2026 by bank transfer (remittance))
Extra Pages (Up to maximum 6 pages)	25 US$ per page

Please make your registration by Credit card or bank transfer by April 15th, 2026, to secure the inclusion of the paper in the conference book for those who notified for the Acceptance.
In the credit-Card Website, same e-mail address cannot be registered for multiple registrations, So, if you make multiple papers registration, please use a different e-mail address like Gmail etc. for each paper for different registration.

NOTE 1: For papers accepted from the special track, Young Researchers Track on Applied Intelligent Systems (YR-AIS), There are two streams: Accepted and included in the conference Springer book, (Registration is 389 US$), Accepted but not included in the conference book (to be presented as Poster), 255 US$. (covering the attendance of all sessions at conference avenue, six coffee services, and three Buffet lunches)

NOTE 2: For others who wish to join as participant (not Speakers) entitled for registration fee of 210 US$ (covering the attendance of all sessions at conference avenue, six coffee services, and three Buffet lunches)

NOTE 3: The due date for NOTE1 is April 15, 2026, and the due date for NOTE2 is April 30, 2026. Also those for NOTE2 can register Onsight and pay the registration fee in cash, (no Credit Card any more available after April 30, 2026).

NOTE 4: Planned Banquet service is scheduled on July 8 th , evening. This is an optional arrangement. For those who wish to attend the banquet, they must register as optional request through the credit card webpage ( to be provided by April 10, 2026). The amount for Banquet is 85 US$. The due date is also April 15, 2026 (Till April 30, 2026). For those who wish to purchase separate Banquet dinner tickets after 30 th April, they can do so with bank transfer. The Banquet purchase request (as bank transfer) will be terminated by June 15, 2026.
