Important information for speakers, authors, co-authors, and attendees
Dear Speakers and Attendees,
We would like to express our sincere appreciation and congratulations for the distinguished work you have contributed to SOMET 2026.
Please follow the instructions below to complete the required conference registration procedures. All attendees for SOMET 2026 are kindly requested to register.
Related forms and supporting documents, together with the payment in US dollars, must be received no later than July 10, 2026.
Please note that at least one author per paper must register before July 10, 2026.
Otherwise, the paper will not be included in the SOMET 2026 technical program and proceedings.
The registration fee includes the online open-access conference proceedings book, technical sessions, coffee breaks, and three buffet lunches at the conference venue, Millennium Grand Hotel, Bukit Bintang, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
An official receipt for the registration fee payment will be provided upon request.
Registration Form
Please fill in the Registration Form and pay the Registration Fee by bank transfer.
The registration form will be available from June 10, 2026.

Camera-Ready Paper Instructions
Please also note that the page length limit is 10 pages , following the IOS Press format.
Authors are kindly requested to follow the format templates mentioned in the Book Article Instructions | IOS Press.
Please make sure that all figures are of good quality and that the paper follows the required IOS Press formatting guidelines.
If your paper requires extra pages, you may add up to six extra pages. Extra pages beyond the regular page limit will incur additional page charges.
Conference Registration Fees
All fees below are in US dollars.
The following registration fee applies to speakers, authors, and co-authors for regular paper registration. Registration and payment must be completed by July 10, 2026.

Additional Notes
Separate banquet dinner tickets may be purchased by bank transfer after July 10, 2026. Banquet purchase requests by bank transfer will close on August 15, 2026.
